User Accounts

User does not need to login for searching or browsing products. For adding products to wishlist or placing order on the website/App, user must register and login by providing their details. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information like credentials, OTPs etc. User has to keep their account and registration details proper for communications related to your purchases from the website/App. Upon registration, user agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eligibile Customers/Visitors

All the services of website or app would be available to only select geographies in India as per the company’s discretion. People who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the website or app.

Pricing

All the products listed on the website/App will be sold for not more than MRP. Prices specified at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. Eventhough most of the products prices do not fluctuate everyday but some of the commodities may change. If the prices are higher or lower on the date/time of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Discounts and promotions are subject to specified terms and conditions as per One Grocy.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase and reserve the right to discontinue any product.

Cancellations

We will refund payments already made by Customer for the order if customer cancels order before the cut-off time. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website/App, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to such customers/account or cancel any orders placed by them thereafter.

Customerized orders cannot be cancelled as we’re fulfilling the order based on Customer’s demand.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

All our customers are entitled to return the product freely at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Customerized orders cannot be returned as we’re fulfilling the order based on Customer’s demand. We will take the returned product back with us.

Refunds

Refund for the value of the returned products will be credited to your wallet/original payment method subject to policies of One Grocy.

One Grocy or any of it’s designated brands or any of third party vendors would not contact our customers in any form for asking Passwords, OTPs or any other Personal information.

One Grocy or it’s licensors grants user a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this website/App. Downloading (except page caching) or modifying it entirely or any portion of it is termed as a violation except with express written consent of One Grocy or it’s licensors. This website/App or any of it’s portion or any derivative should not be replicated, copied, duplicated, reproduced, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of One Grocy or it’s licensors. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website/App or its contents. Using any collection of product images, listings, descriptions, or prices is considered as violation except with express written consent of One Grocy or it’s licensors.

Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of other merchant or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools are considered as violation except with express written consent of One Grocy or it’s licensors. Should not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information including images, text, page layout, or any form of the website/App of One Grocy and its affiliates without express written consent.

Should not use any meta data/tags or any other “hidden text” being utilized in the website’s or One Grocy or it’s licensors’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of MARG.

UI & Colours

One Grocy has taken care of UI so well that there will not be any distraction like Odd/unmatched colours, darker UI colours, which can cause irritation and the interface to be clean and accurate. One Grocy has made all the effort to display the colours of the products listed on the website/App as accurate as possible. Actual colours on customer’s screen may vary as it depends on screen’s resolution and type which is why we could not guarantee that your product display will be accurate.

Objectionable Material

User understands that by using this website/APP or any services provided on the website/APP, user may encounter content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as such. User agrees to use the website/APP and any service at their sole risk and that to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, One Grocy and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to user.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by MARG and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The High Court of judicature alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion. You may terminate your account by following the designated process.
